Anti-Telemarketing Policy

At Shizzle Dizzle Magic, we have a strict policy against telemarketing. We hate unsolicited phone calls just as much as you do!

Unfortunately many in our industry do not feel the same way. We know you get bombarded daily by pushy sales people who will do anything to make a buck.

Here’s an overview of what our Anti-Telemarketing Policy means to you:

• We will never make an unsolicited call to you.
• If you hear from us, it’s because someone in your organization sent us an e-mail, left us a voicemail, or requested information via either our website or a third party website.
• If your organization’s receptionist directly or indirectly indicates that they believe we’re telemarketing, company policy dictates that we immediately provide documentation to the contrary.
• Examples of ways your receptionist may indirectly indicate their belief that we’re telemarketers include but are not limited to:
  
  • Continually routing our calls directly to voicemail.
  • Taking messages that never get returned.
  • Refusal to take messages.
• Forms of documentation we provide include:
  • Audio files of the voicemail’s we received.
  • Copies of emails.
  • Documentation sent to us by third party websites where you requested information.

We recognize the importance of your receptionists duties in filtering out unsolicited phone calls. We also recognize that our company’s unusual name often causes confusion.

Please notify your organization’s receptionist that we will be making contact, and that our call is not unsolicited. As always, thank you for your business!
