We had an incredible engagement last week with the Shelby County Trustees and Clerks Association. At the show, Joan (pronounced “Jo-Ann”) Buehler was kind enough to give me a copy of this article which appeared in the Sidney Daily News.

Trustees and Clerks Association’s Dinner
FORT LORAMIE — The Shelby County Trustees and Clerks As- sociation’s Turkey Supper will be held Nov. 18 at St. Michael’s Hall in Fort Loramie.
Dinner will start at 6:30 pm with turkey, ham, dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, cole slaw, dinner rolls, pie, coffee and ice tea to be served. The cost is $10 per ticket.
More than $1,600 in cash prizes will be given away. Shizzle Dizzle Magic, a professional mother-and-son family magic act, will provide the entertainment. The magicians will interact with the crowd before their one-hour presentation to the group begins.
Shizzle Dizzle Magic specializes in bringing clean comedy magic to corporate events and private parties all over the mid-west. Guests can prepare to laugh at their quirky family comedy and gasp at their award-winning magic.
The mom half of the act is reportedly one of 3 percent of the magicians in the world who’s a lady, and the son is a fourth generation entertainer. The newest member of the team is Miss. Cleo the Mind Reading Goose.
Proceeds from this and other functions the association holds throughout the year go to charitable organizations. In 2010 the association contributed to Shelby County Red Cross, Shelby County Special Olympics, Wilson Memorial Hospice, Alpha Community Center, OSU Extension Office and more.
To purchase tickets, contact any township official or call Joan Buehler at (937) 693-3093.
Over 350 dinners were purchased! The room was packed and the crowd was amazing. We’d like to personally thank the Sidney Daily News for such a great write-up. It certainly contributed to the event’s success!
